Process optimisation

At TRBA, we distinguish ourselves from our competitors through our customer approach. We are not satisfied carrying out an ‘off-the-shelf’ project. On the contrary, we are not afraid to rethink it.

Our engineers and technicians rely on their extensive experience to improve processes, for example, by reusing existing or alternative materials, or by adopting alternative installation techniques.

All of this is done with the aim of lowering costs and achieving better environmental performance, or reducing the delivery timeframes. The ultimate goal? A final quality that is at least equivalent to the originally envisaged quality, while favouring our internal implementation techniques. This is what we call a win-win scenario.

This approach allows us to offer our customers the best support, from the beginning to the end of the project, by one and the same team. The goal is for the project to run smoothly throughout.

Our atypical organisational chart in itself reflects the vision of our company.

The construction site is the heart of our company. Every day, our 500 employees work on 70 construction sites. All of our support services revolve around these construction sites.

At TRBA, we don’t have a pyramid structure. Each division is considered equal, with the focus solely on the optimal execution of the project.

This simplicity of our organisation allows us to be extremely responsive in our decision making. To sum it up with a metaphor: TRBA combines the versatility of a large container ship with the manoeuvrability and agility of a small sailing ship.
